This month’s improvements focuses on the user experience with enhancements on diversity subcategory results in supplier discovery, a more intuitive file upload process, and a chance to verify product-level certifications.
Increased data accuracy during supplier discovery
The diversity qualification subcategory filter now reflects the number of suppliers who qualify for at least one of the selected subcategories in supplier discovery. This means that buyers searching for suppliers with specific qualifications see an accurate supplier count during their search rather than the total number of certificates across all suppliers. This update gives buyers better statistics of the potential suppliers that fit their qualification requirements.
A chance to verify your data for faster data enrichment
The data upload process now includes additional steps to ensure that the data being uploaded fulfills standard requirements and help us understand your goals for the file you’re uploading. The new checklist and context questions streamlines the processing and analysis of your spend data so we can get your reports to you sooner.
Verify product-level certifications
We’ve increased visibility into product-level certificates from 6 certification agencies and added the opportunity for buyers to verify if the products they’ve purchased are indeed certified. Products that are sourced from suppliers with product-level certifications will now be identified as potentially diverse. Once verified, these products will then be marked as qualified and included in the diversity reports. This enhancement gives TealBook customers a better understanding of their spend data and provides more accurate spend reports.
