Introducing TealWeek! TealBook Prioritizes Team Wellbeing

By TealBook

TealWeek Gives Back to TealBook Team Members

Over the last year, TealBook, as a company, has accomplished a number of incredible feats. We grew our team from 30 to almost 100 employees. We have almost doubled our customer count. We have tripled our ARR and are firmly on track to hit our revenue goals. We have continuously invested in and improved our product and data pipeline.

And none of this would have been possible without the hard work, dedication, and gumption of every single one of our employees.

To thank them for their efforts and to ensure they have time to relax and recharge after a successful year, we’re implementing TealWeek!

What is TealWeek?

TealWeek is a full week in which TealBook employees will receive paid time off so they can spend time with loved ones and their support systems, practice self-care, and prioritize their physical and mental well-being. The TealBook office will be closed in order to let team members take a step back for the week.

When is TealWeek?

We will be implementing TealWeek during the last week of December, December 25, 2021 – December 31, 2021. We’ll be returning to the office Tuesday, January 4th.

Will I Be Able to Contact TealBook Team Members?

While we would like all TealBook team members to be able to fully disconnect from work during this week, we also understand that we are in a demanding business environment, and some clients may need to get in touch with TealBook employees. To account for this, we will have a limited number of staff members available for emergencies.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out directly to your dedicated Customer Success Manager for more information. We’ll see you all in the New Year, recharged and ready to unleash procurement possibilities!

Unleash procurement possibilities.
